A beautiful and talented Spanish-born movie star Penélope Cruz was welcomed to her parents Eduardo and Encarna in Alcobendas, who worked as a car mechanic and a hairdresser respectively. Also, the actress has two siblings.
As a kid and teen, a future star has been passionate about ballet and devoted almost a decade of her life to dancing. Having finished National Conservatory in her home country, she moved to America to master her dancing skills.
At the age of 15 she started seriously thinking of pursuing a professional path in the filmmaking business and at that same age, signed her first contract with an acting agent.
