Cody Simpson is a remarkable Australian-born pop-singer. As a teenager, he got passionate about singing and swimming and achieved great success in both of these industries. He studied swimming in the Miami Swimming Club, where his mother worked as a volunteer. Having got enough experience, he won two gold medals at the Queensland Swimming Championship.
As for his music path, he started out from uploading covers on famous songs on YouTube in 2009. He performed such songs as Cry Me a River by Justin Timberlake, I Want You Back by the band The Jackson 5, etc. Also, he introduced his two singles called Perfect and One. After some time he was discovered by Sean Campbell, who worked with such famous artists as Jay-Z and many others. In 2010 Simpson moved to LA to record his songs in Atlantic Records studio. That same year he started appearing in various TV shows and went on a Campfield 2010 Tour with other performers, having toured all over America.
Today (2020), the musician can boast of three released albums.
