A British writer, fashion designer, model, entrepreneur and TV presenter – yes, it is all about her multi-talented Alexa Chung.
A future star saw the light in Hampshire and became one of four children in a family. Her father Philip is a graphic designer, while the mother Gillian is a housewife.
Alexa was discovered by a Storm Model Management at the age of 16. In such a way, she started working as a teen model for various magazines, including CosmiGIRL, Elle Girl and others. In addition to that, she also did advertising campaigns for such internationally-known brands as Fanta, Urban Outfitters, Tampax, etc.
However, after a few years in modeling business, Chung made a decision to quit the profession and enter the University. She studied English at King’s College London and an arts foundation course at Chelsea College of Arts. Yet, she soon skipped both to co-host a music show called Popworld. She went on to present even more shows e.g. 24 Hour Catwalk, Frock Me, It’s On with Alexa Chung, Next in Fashion and many others.
