Olivia Munn

An American movie star of Asian origin Olivia Munn rose to prominence thanks to the roles in Magic Mike and X-Men: Apocalypse. However, before her successful career in the moviemaking industry, she worked as a model and a journalist.

A future star grew up in Japan and while studying at school, she used to take part in all school performances. Her extraordinary beauty helped her to get offers from the fashion industry and that’s how she tried her hand in modeling. Unfortunately, it ended quite quickly as the family moved back to the US, where she graduated from the University with a degree in journalism. Soon after that, Olivia moved to LA and worked for Fox Sports Net. Yet, it wasn’t her cup of tea at all and she decided to turn her life upside down and become an actress.

She debuted on a big screen with a minor role in 2004 in a film called Scarecrow Gone Wild. For the next three years she wasn’t successful and couldn’t get main roles. Everything changed when Munn featured in Iron Man II. After it, she was piled up with offers and can be seen in such popular TV projects: Perfect Couples, New Girl, The Predator, etc. Today, she is an A-list film performer, who can boast of a rapidly growing career.
