An internationally known rap artist Kanye West was delivered in a city called Atlanta. His father worked as a photojournalist and his mother was an English teacher. When a future star turned 3, his parents divorced and he moved with mom to Chicago, where he started attending school. After that they went to China, where his mother worked as a teacher.
At the age of 5 Kanye wrote his first poem and at 8 he got passionate about music and painting. A few years later, he began rapping as well as taking part in a local hip-hop movement. At 13 he was already selling his melodies to other musicians. At 20 the celebrity made a decision to leave the University in order to pursue a career in the world of music. His first album The College Dropout turned out to be a huge success and his second album brought him Grammy. Throughout his career, he released nine studio albums.
Having become popular, Kanye launched a clothing collection Pastelle. Also, he collaborated with a Japanese brand BAPE and Italian designer Giuseppe Zanotti. When his cooperation with Nike was over, he signed a contract with Adidas and presented Yeezy Boost and Yeezy 950 Boot.
Currently, he is very much interested in politics and according to his tweets, he is planning to take part in 2024 President Elections.
