A stunning and talented singer Camila Cabello was welcomed in Cuba to her parents Sinuhe and Alejandro. The family often moved between Mexico City and Havana before they finally relocated and settled down in Miami, US when a future star was 5. There, she started attending school and got passionate about music. When she was in the 9th grade she made a decision to leave school to pursue a singing career professionally. Later, she however, managed to get a high school diploma with the help of homeschooling.

In 2012 she auditioned for The X Factor but as a solo artist she unfortunately, didn’t succeed. Yet, she was offered to join four other girls, thus forming a girl group called Fifth Harmony. The group won third place and as a result signed a contract with Simon Cowell’s record company.
